That the Parliament condemns Tokyo Electric Power for moving forward to release millions of tonnes of radioactive water into the Pacific Ocean; understands that this radioactive water results from the ruined Fukushima Daiichi Power Plant; notes the incredible harm to ocean wildlife and the international fishing industry expected as a result of this action; sympathises with the difficulties and expenses that are resulting from the nuclear meltdown in 2011, and strongly urges the Japanese Government to find a more environmentally-friendly way to dispose of this toxic waste.
